zz fell on my knees today during the 8x50m .. so paiseh ... luckily i passed the baton to jolene alrdy if nt die arh.. and luckily she nv fall down caused i tripped on her tts why i fell .. cant put/hang my leg on the bus seat today cuz of my knee den so uncomfortable can.. =DD nxt year join again haha so fun. feel like running 100m now.
looking forward to the 4x100m !!!
